主要研究方向:
主要从事二维绝缘体单晶合成及光电性质调控的研究。该单晶提供给麻省理工学院、哈佛大学等数十家著名科研机构使用,合作发表论文20余篇。部分成果发表于Science, Nature Materials, Physical Review Letters, Nature Communications等杂志。
